Industrial Engineer

Cameron
  • Conducted Gemba walks to understand the assembly line and to determine improvement opportunities
  • Used Pareto charts and fishbone diagrams to determine the root cause of the production line unbalance
  • Created a dynamic Markov model that calculates workstations utilizations’ and cycle times to help the manager deal with static line balancing problems
  • Created a production display board that gives an “at-a-glance” visual display of the status of the production and a quick way to detect problems
  • Created a phone app connected to a cloud database that generates real-time production reports, collects and maintain manufacturing data
  • Used Precedence charts to determine critical process steps in order to balance the use of resource in the assembly line
  • Used value stream maps to determine value-added activities and eliminate waste

  • Developed alternative modular equipment installation solutions resulting in 50 %-time reductions in the construction activities
  • Streamlined the construction quality control process by introducing new standardized checklists
  • Created a generic Inspection Test Plan for construction by reviewing company specs, and recommended practices
  • Created a construction progress tracking tools using VBA that reduced document creation and update process by 90%
  • Developed an overall database for tracking the entire construction progress using VBA
  • Coordinated with QA Department on the requirements for the Quality Verification process during construction
  • Implemented 5S measures in the pressure vessel factory to eliminate waste and establish a lean culture
  • Devised production schedules and required material and manpower required to improve plant productivity
June 2015 - August 2015

Quality/Manufacturing Engineer

OMV
  • Identified flaws and recommended solutions in the $1.23 Billion pipeline design after reviewing the design against engineering standards
  • Created pipeline inspection procedures based on a probabilistic model in order to reduce inspection costs
  • Created a standard operating procedure (SOP) to be followed by inspectors in the field
December 2014 - January 2015

Asset Integrity Engineer

BG Group
  • Reduced shutdown time and inspection cost by creating a VBA Risk Based Inspection tool following the guidelines of engineering standards
